⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Dr. Rittling has the best clinical practice I have seen in Chicago. He has helped me with my back and many other problems related to that. Thank you Dr. Rittling!
Dr. Anton J Rittling has always been active with tennis and snow skiing. Skiing was from grade school to college. Tennis has been a lifelong sport since grade school to current times. While in college he played on the college tennis team and was given a 3-year full athletic scholarship.
While in high school and at the university Dr Rittling continued to work at a local hospital to get experience in understanding sick people. He did this to see if he really wanted to be a doctor and was he cut out to be a doctor. These challenges did not deter him from his desire to be doctor. During these years in school and working in the hospital he saw the need for prevention of illness and staying healthy (Wellness) as a necessary quality for healthy people.
While at De Paul University Dr. Rittling pursued the pre-med program/ BS in general Biology. During this time, he was active in the hospital when time was available between his studying and his tennis. After De Paul University, he entered the National College of Chiropractic (now known as NUHS) where he went through an accelerated program. Immediately After graduation he was asked to work in the Chicago General Health Service, located near Cook County Hospital. The hospital was the beneficiary of many different medical illnesses coming to the clinic. Dr Rittling’s experience from his hospital days was very helpful now. While working at CGHS, he ended taking the position of Assistant Clinic Director. After his tour in the chiropractic clinic, he entered full time private practice where he had the opportunity to develop another type of hospital practice. He and his business partner were allowed to practice chiropractic medicine on the campus of a local hospital. That developed into a chiropractic hospital program with an opportunity for senior chiropractic externs to rotate through primary medical departments. This was a great educational opportunity for the chiropractic externs.
Through the past many years, he gave lectures to share this information as to how chiropractic health care can benefit people.
Now in his current office at 4705 N Lincoln Ave in Chicago, he focuses on his patients in the Lincoln Square area. And the goals of prevention and wellness are still the basis of Dr Rittling’s focus for his patients.
